It has been a real pleasure working with Office Dynamics. The staff is always pleasant and responsive to our needs. If we ever have a problem with our copier (rare), a phone conversation usually resolves the issue and, if not, an on-site visit is usually accomplished within a couple hours.
Our experience with Office Dynamics has made the processing of new copiers easier. Whenever one of our copier contracts has expired, their response to a new bid with new upgraded pricing and State pricing, where applicable, is quick and detailed with specifications to fit our needs. Andy is there whenever I email him and call him with a quick response. If one of our copiers has a problem, the team is readily available.
The staff at Office Dynamics are always available to meet the needs of our Emergency Medical Service Agency. The sales team has always undersdtood the financial constraints of our agency in the purchasing of new equipment.
