Whenever one of our copier contracts has expired, their response to a new bid with new upgraded pricing and State pricing, where applicable, is quick and detailed with specifications to fit our needs. Andy is there whenever I email him and call him with a quick response. If one of our copiers has a problem, the team is readily available.
